Mediterranean Chicken Piccata

Piccata is an Italian word when used in reference to a way of preparing food, particularly meat or fish, it means “sliced, sautéed, and served in a sauce containing lemon, butter, and spices”. Chicken Piccata is chicken breast thick slices, dredged in flour, browned, and served with a sauce of lemon juice, capers, and sometimes stock or white wine.

Stromboli

Hello!, I love stromboli at morning, taste wonderful, and easy to prepare. Salami and Marinara with a hint of basil and bread you will be in another world, Yum!. Stromboli is a type of turnover filled with cheeses and salami,  or vegetables. The dough used is either Italian bread dough or pizza dough. A stromboli is somewhat similar to a calzone. A stromboli is usually made by rolling up the dough that has been topped with pizza ingredients such as Marinara sauce and then baking it. A calzone is crescent-shaped, and a stromboli is usually shaped like a long cylinder. Let us have some Stromboli

Italian Calzone

Olá, Calzone is one of the famous Italian pizza-like food. Originally started in Napoli, then spread over all Mediterranean sea and South America. Mostly started like pizza and focaccia bread, but has enclosed dough looks like a sandwich and usually stuffed with meat and cheese. Nowadays, people replace the meat with veggies for more healthier food, it is all your choice you can substitute any ingredients as long as you keep the same taste and flavor!. Calzone usually served with marinara sauce or bolognese sauce.

Ciao!, today I am going back to seafood, baked Salmon!, oh gosh I  love it, everything good comes with salmon. Omega-3, a great source of protein, full of vitamin B complex, packed with minerals, and antioxidants.
