Chicken Spanish Rice

Hello everybody, today we are going to learn how to cook chicken Spanish rice. Spanish rice usually made from white or brown rice, tomatoes, garlic, pepper,  sauce, and broth.  It is one of the popular dishes in Spain and with little modification in Mexico and South America. Chicken broth is the main key to this recipe however, I prefer homemade chicken stock as this will be healthy free of preservatives and low in sodium (i.e. salt). let us start making some Spanish rice.

Italian Calzone

Olá, Calzone is one of the famous Italian pizza-like food. Originally started in Napoli, then spread over all Mediterranean sea and South America. Mostly started like pizza and focaccia bread, but has enclosed dough looks like a sandwich and usually stuffed with meat and cheese. Nowadays, people replace the meat with veggies for more healthier food, it is all your choice you can substitute any ingredients as long as you keep the same taste and flavor!. Calzone usually served with marinara sauce or bolognese sauce.
